Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") set the guidelines for using our website and the services we offer. The T&C govern the relationship between our customers and PaellasMallorca.es as a provider of authentic Valencian paellas. Our team is dedicated to delivering the best gastronomic experience, and these terms reflect that commitment, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction.

Cancellation, Refund, and Reservation Policy

1. Reservation and Deposit

To confirm and guarantee the availability of our services, we require a €100 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures our team and resources for the requested date.

2. Payment Terms

• The reservation is confirmed via bank transfer or Bizum, based on the details provided to the customer.

• The remaining amount must be paid in full upon arrival at the event location and before the service begins.

• No event will proceed without full payment at the start.

3. Cancellation Policy

• More than 15 days before the event: 100% deposit refund.

• Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% deposit refund.

• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund due to costs and preparations incurred.

4. Cancellation by PaellasMallorca.es

If PaellasMallorca.es cancels the event due to unforeseen circumstances, 100% of the deposit and any additional payments made will be refunded. Furthermore, we will collaborate to reschedule the event date, subject to availability.

5. Date Modification

Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 15 days in advance. If approved, the deposit will be transferred to the new date without additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

PaellasMallorca.es is not responsible for events canceled or postponed due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions). In such cases, we will work with the customer to reschedule the event, subject to availability.

Legal Aspects

7. Right of Withdrawal

For contracts made remotely (online or by phone), customers may cancel without penalty within 14 calendar days of making the deposit, provided it occurs more than 15 days before the event. To exercise this right, customers must contact PaellasMallorca.es.

8. Personal Data Protection

PaellasMallorca.es collects and processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), using it exclusively to manage bookings, services, and potential administrative penalties. Data will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.

9. Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to the service will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of Spain. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in the locality where PaellasMallorca.es is headquartered.

10. Acceptance of the Cancellation and Refund Policy

By paying the reservation deposit, the customer automatically accepts this cancellation and refund policy. Acceptance is confirmed via physical signature on the service contract or, for online bookings, by checking the terms and conditions acceptance box on the website.
