Yes, we operate throughout the island. In areas with access restrictions, the location may need to be verified in advance. In certain cases, a travel supplement may apply.

We cater for both private and corporate events, including family celebrations, birthdays, company gatherings, villa events and organised stag or hen parties.

The minimum order is 15 portions per type of paella.

The price is calculated based on:• The number of portions (from €22 per person depending on the selected variety).• A fixed €250 live showcooking service fee.The minimum total investment per event is €550.

Yes. The live showcooking service has a fixed fee of €250, which includes travel, setup and on-site cooking.

Yes. A minimum of 15 portions per type must be respected. The preparation of a second different paella carries a supplement of €120.

The agreed minimum number of portions confirmed at the time of booking will still apply.

We require a deposit to confirm the date. The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the event. In the case of a bank transfer, payment must be received prior to the beginning of the service.

Yes, we issue invoices for both private clients and companies. Please provide your billing details at the time of booking to ensure the invoice is issued correctly.

We work with a carefully curated selection of rice dishes, which you can explore in our menu. All our paellas are prepared on site using fresh ingredients and homemade stock prepared by us.

Our recipes are carefully balanced to ensure the best flavour and texture. If you would like a fully customised paella, we can prepare it to your specifications from €35 per portion.

Yes. We do not work with pre-cooked rice. All our paellas are prepared live on site.

Yes. We carefully control the heat to achieve the perfect finish whenever the preparation allows it.

We bring our paella pans, gas burners, stands and all the necessary equipment. We require approximately 6 m² for one paella and around 9 m² when preparing two simultaneously.

We work with our own gas equipment. Access to water and a bathroom or designated hand-washing facility is required. For certain preparations, electricity may also be needed.

Yes, it is important that we can park the vehicle as close as possible to the setup area.

It is necessary to have a covered and well-ventilated space that allows us to cook safely.
