What is the minimum order for a paella?

The minimum order is for 15 adults. Children under 4 years old eat for free. Children aged 4 to 8 receive a 50% discount.

*Maximum one discounted child per every two adults.

Absolutely! We adapt our paella to suit intolerances, allergies, vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free diets. Everyone should be able to enjoy it without worries.

Do you cook the paella on-site at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our Master Paella Chef cooks the paella live at your home, villa, or event location.We bring all necessary equipment and fresh ingredients to prepare an authentic experience on-site.When possible and with your authorization, we can also use your facilities, especially for smaller events.

How far in advance should we book?

Our paella chef arrives about 3 hours before the event to set up and cook the paella to perfection. This ensures it is served fresh and at its best.

Our service includes live paella cooking by our chef, buffet-style or individual serving (for events with more than 15 guests), bread, and alioli.

Appetizers, drinks, and desserts are not included but can be ordered separately.

Please note, table service is not included.

Do you provide drinks during the event?

Yes. We can include artisan drinks such as homemade sangría or Agua de Valencia, prepared on the same day. We also offer non-alcoholic options.
If you prefer, you can take care of the drinks yourself. We adapt to whatever works best for your event.

What does the service include?

This includes everything needed to prepare and serve the rice: fresh ingredients, cooking equipment, functional setup, buffet-style or individual plating, bread, and alioli.
👉 Appetizers, drinks, and desserts are not included but can be ordered separately.👉 Table service or waitstaff is not included by default but can be arranged upon request and availability.Additional staff is charged from €30 per hour per person (minimum 4 hours).

Do you bring everything needed to cook?

Yes. Our team arrives fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare the paella on-site: stoves, paella pans, work tables, utensils, and fresh ingredients.

We only need a suitable, ventilated space with easy access for setup.

👉 We can also adapt to use the client’s facilities if the event is small and prior authorization is given.

Yes, you can choose multiple types of paella for the same event.

Please note that each additional type incurs an extra charge, as they require separate preparation, ingredients, and space.

How are the paellas served?

The paellas are served freshly cooked, either at the showcooking station or at the location indicated by the client within the event space.We do not provide table service or individual plating, except for events with more than 15 guests, where we can assist with serving near the cooking station.

Yes, we offer homemade appetizers for events served in an informal style, perfect to enjoy while the paella is being cooked live.

How much space do you need to cook at my home?

Accepted Answer

Our showcooking can take place both outdoors (gardens, terraces, patios) or in covered areas.We require a minimum of 8 m² to set up the paella burners and work comfortably.
Additionally:
 • A tent or shade can be arranged if needed (provided by the property).
 • Access to running water and a restroom for staff is required.
 • Adequate ventilation if cooking indoors.
 • Easy access for transporting equipment (ideally without complicated stairs).
 • A flat and safe surface for setting up the paella stations.
